2019莫文蔚以「絕色」為名舉行世界巡演，台北站來到小巨蛋，同樣由莫文蔚親自擔任演唱會總監。

「巔峰之衣」花4個月打造，運用領先全球的3D科技材質列印，完全無布料，並以冰結晶中流動的光點為概念；最特別的是，裙擺內備有三台電腦機器在跑程式，燈光隨音樂節奏翩翩起舞，搭配舞台燈光，呈現出無與倫比的絢麗效果，給予歌迷們獨一的視覺聽覺饗宴。

In 2019, Karen Mok held a world tour under the name of "Stunning Beauty". When it comes to Taipei Arena, Karen Mok personally takes charge of the concert director.

"The Ultimate Gown" took 4 months to build, using the world's leading 3D technology to print, completely without fabric, and based on the concept of light spots flowing in ice crystals; the most particularly, is that there are three computer machines in the dress. The lights danced to the rhythm of the music, matched with the stage lighting, showing an unparalleled gorgeous effect, giving the fans a unique visual and auditory feast.
